X4 is an unforgettable event experience dedicated to helping you and your organisation use Experience Management (XM) to keep customers and employees (and keep them happy!), drive down operating costs, and deliver experience breakthroughs. Here’s what to look forward to:

While X4 will definitely have plenty of opportunities for Qualtrics users to increase their skills and knowledge concerning our products, there’s plenty for those who don’t use our platform yet. Many of the mainstage and breakout sessions feature thought leadership and practical advice from the world’s biggest companies and some of the biggest names in customer experience, customer service, HR, product design, brand management, and market research.

No, X4 is a highly experiential event and will not be digitally streamed for external facing customers, prospects, or attendees.
All X4 attendees need to have a ticket. Tickets include access to all mainstage, breakout, networking activities, and entertainment sessions.
Specific slides and materials will be available online to attendees post-X4.

Your nearest stations are:

  • St Paul's: 11 min walk; Central line.

Bus Route 153 runs directly past the Barbican along Chiswell Street. Alight at 'Silk Street'. The Barbican is also close to Bus Route 4 and 56 which serve Barbican tube station.

Walking

You can also walk to the Barbican within 30 minutes from much of central London.
